ClearConnect E-commerce now transportable between databases
Uniware is pleased to announce the release of our latest RESTful web-services development for the ClearConnect e-Commerce engine for AusVantage ERP. Previously developed for the UniData DBMS utilizing the UniData propriety RESTful web service developer and deployment tools, the Uniware development team has now developed our RESTful web services completely with the *Python object oriented, rapid application development, programming language.
This provides an independent platform enabling Uniware’s ClearConnect e-Commerce suite to operate with jBASE, UniData, UniVerse and OpenQM database management systems and thus providing flexibility and freedom of choice to our customers should they choose to migrate between database platforms.
The web-services communicate with AusVantageV8 using our fully featured set of APIs’- Application Programming Interfaces.
